My name is Mel, I was born in Kent, England in June 1955. After leaving school I served as a tank crewman in the 17th/21st Lancers and later spent some time in the British Transport Police and later in the London Ambulance Service.

I learned photography on a Pentax K1000, using black and white film and doing my own processing whilst doing an ONC in Audio Visual Art and Design. Since then I have gained Associateship's with the Royal Photographic Society and with the British Professional Photographers Association. I have received several awards and have had some work published in books and magazines.

I worked as a professional photographer in England, specializing in social photography but also including portfolio work for aspiring models as well as paid model assignements mostly glamour but also some advertising work. I want to start a model agency here in Murcia and need models living or willing to work in Spain.

I have had photographic students in England and enjoyed seeing them improve their photography and watch their confidence with a camera grow. It seems that offering the same service in Spain is a must and I am looking forward to meeting new students and working with them out in the warm sunny days we get here.
